The Lake Panorama Association Board of Directors met May 9, 2026, at 10:50 a.m. at Lake Panorama National Conference Center. Board members in attendance were Dennis Flanery, Terry Gebard, Mark Jorgensen, Steven Sidman, Sue Thompson, Rachel Waldo and Jackson Whiton.

Visitors in attendance: None
Rutledge called the meeting to order at 10:50 a.m.
Agenda Item 1 – Purpose of this special meeting is to elect officers.
Rutledge asked for nominations.
Whiton moved to nominate the following slate of officers, to take effect upon adjournment of this special meeting on May 9, 2026:
President Sue Thompson
Vice President Steven Sidman
Secretary Mark Jorgensen
Treasurer Dennis Flanery
Motion seconded.
Rutledge asked for any further nominations. With none being offered, Rutledge declared the nominations closed and called for a vote on the nominated slate of officers. Motion carried unanimously.
