Rutledge proposed sending a letter to the Guthrie Co. Board of Supervisors to request a speed limit study be done on 200th Road and on Redwood Road. Agenda Item 5b – Review of LPA Funding Model
Rutledge reviewed the 2026 Funding Model proposal with the LPA Board at length. The model proposes an increase in dues, phased in over a 5-year period. The funds would be used for critical infrastructure, debt retirement and fund reserves. The proposal remains under review and will potentially be presented to the LPA membership for an October 2026 ballot.
