A fundraiser to support improvements at Lake Panorama National Golf Course will be held from 4-7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, at Boulder Beach.
Hosted by the Lake Panorama National Board of Managers, the Some Blues and BBQ event will raise money for ongoing course improvements, including updates to the forward tee boxes.
The event will feature barbecue prepared by local lake chefs, with choices of pork, beef and chicken. Side dishes will include party potatoes, baked beans, pasta salad, coleslaw and miscellaneous desserts. Bottled water will be provided, and guests are welcome to bring their own beverage.
Live music will be provided by the Brick ‘n Bob Duo.
Tickets are $40 and available from any of the seven LPN board members: Kathy DeLucca, Chris Duree, Paula Hansen, Matt Hawkins, Barry Monaghan, Galen Redshaw and Tim Rickert.
Tickets also can be purchased during business hours at the Lake Panorama National office near the pro shop.
Payment options are cash, check or Venmo. Checks should be payable to Friends of Lake Panorama.
Those purchasing tickets through Venmo at @Panorama-Friends will not receive a printed ticket. Instead, their names will be placed on a check-in list for the event.
