The trees at Lake Panorama are starting to turn from green to a variety of other colors. Leaves can change color from as early as mid-September through early November. Typically, the second and third week of October are the most colorful.

This month, photographer Trish Hart shares two photos she took last year during the peak of the fall colors. One is of her husband, Scott, fishing from their home’s shoreline in Andrew’s Cove. Their son, Logan, can be seen nearby.

The second photo was taken during a slow boat ride through The Narrows and is highlighted by reflections in the water of both the sky and the colorful trees along the shore.

Hart offers custom prints of her photos on canvas, paper, metal and glass. Learn more by visiting Nature’s Canvas Photography on Facebook.
